Little snippet of a recent back piece, with a few additions to come next session.

I thought I’d jump on and answer a few questions.

Yes, I’m still here. Yes, I still put off social media tasks because I don’t enjoy them 🫠. I am working on finding better ways to manage messages and response times.

A few months ago, I made the decision to finally move to tattooing part time. As many people know, this was always my goal 🎉

I’m a happier person and a better artist because of it. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for both my mental health and my body.

I’ve got plenty of work to post, and I’ll get there eventually.

You may have seen me around town a bit more lately. Between some exciting community involvement and a second job, life has been keeping me busy.

One unexpected bonus is that I’ve started drawing and creating in my free time again, simply because I want to, not because I have to pay the bills.

I love art. I love tattooing. But maybe it’s just me….I don’t feel creative every single day, and I definitely don’t enjoy sitting down all day, every day.

Every artist’s journey is different. Tattooing is a big part of my life, but it’s not my whole life.

I’m not going anywhere.

Fun one from last week - I don’t post much work because I don’t enjoy posting stuff and interacting on here, I find it draining. You’re probably not supposed to say that! But it’s something I have always really struggled with.

Having said that, (whinged) I am aiming to share more work this year because I’m so f**king grateful for my clients and my shop. 1 year open this month! What a wild ride. 🖤
