The impacts will be different for every participant because every plan is based on individual goals, circumstances and support needs.

Participant safety and wellbeing are our priority, so a range of supports will not be affected.

Supports that won’t be affected include essential day-to-day supports like help with eating, drinking, dressing, toileting, laundry, cleaning, nurse care, and medication.

Our committee has been working hard behind the scenes to create a fantastic day for our community, and we’re so excited to announce our guest speaker: the shaka project. 👏

We’re also honoured to have a very special Welcome to Country, led by the Murray Bridge Preschool Kindy and their Preschool Director, Shirley Hartman.

The Murray Bridge Calisthenics Club is launching a brand-new All Abilities Inclusion Team, welcoming participants aged 8 years and over with a physical and/or intellectual disability or chronic health condition.

Calisthenics combines dance, music, movement and performance, and this new team is all about having fun, learning new skills, making friends and being part of a supportive and inclusive environment. No competition or pressure – just the opportunity to give something new a go!
