Raylene Teague Intuitive Yoga Yoga for every body shape and size. My long held love of yoga was cemented in 2019 when I finally realised my dream of becoming a yoga teacher.

I look forward to sharing yoga with you soon. Yoga has always been on my 'radar'. I clearly remember my first class, and the teacher gentling stroking my arm when everyone was leaving, to wake me up from savasana! I've attended yoga retreats in Bali (and eventually being part of the presentation team). I finally cemented my practice in 2019 by becoming a yoga teacher. I have three children, two grandchildren and a crazy border collie!
