✨ Dry Needling has arrived at Meraki Health! ✨

I’m so excited to now be offering Dry Needling as part of my remedial massage treatments.

If you’ve been dealing with stubborn muscle tension, tight knots, headaches, neck or back pain, or muscles that just won’t let go, dry needling could be a great addition to your treatment.

When appropriate, dry needling can be incorporated into your massage session to help release tight muscles, reduce pain, improve movement and support your body’s natural healing.

This is one of my favourite reasons for living in such a wonderful small community. Being able to help create meaningful moments with relaxation and healing.

A special session yesterday of yoga and sound healing at Taman Kuda Club for a wonderful group of Mum’s who certainly deserved the time and relaxation to recharge. ✨

…and then there were walls.

What started as a dream, a sketch, and a whole lot of planning is beginning to look like a clinic.

There is still plenty to do, but seeing the walls go up and the plastering begin feels like a milestone worth celebrating.
