Lightbulb Crystal Healing Take a journey with the stones, and turn on the light! 😊🙌❤️

Through deep relaxation, sounding, healing touch and intuitive word flow, Jedda transports you to a place of nourishment and safety. From here, your body can resonate with the powerful array of crystals enclosing you, supporting the healing of your cells and your mind. Jedda also practices energy medicine techniques pioneered by Donna Eden, to reset meridians and energy systems within the body and re-ground you to the earth.

Mmmm the supreme grounding force of Black Obsidian radiates from my pony friend here 😍
Obsidian was used by our ancestors for tools and weapons and it can support us energetically in similar ways 💜

Powerful protection - be careful what you wish for because Obsidian can present to us an unflinching mirror of the self. You may see things about yourself that you were never aware of before, and that may not be pleasant or comforting 💙

I'm a big believer in gentle kind soothing, acceptance and instinctive energy cleansing, rather than battling and attempting to expel energies from the body. There is room for all in the infinity of being. But sometimes you can't get round ripping that bandaid off so what's under can come out. Obsidian might help you do just that 🤣💗

Beautiful Bloodstone invokes courage, strength & kindness for oneself & others. There's a feeling of deep acceptance and solidity to this stone, with its connection to the heart, root and sacral chakras ❤️

An image associated with Bloodstone is the heart-centred warrior stepping calmly off the cliff, submitting to the power and potential of the unknown void. This stone encourages one to move forward on ones path, with a feeling of safety, and deepest connection to earth and the divine 💚

Be brave! Life is holding you & supporting you in unknown ways 🥰🙌

Laugh along with your pain,
your sorrows,
your worldly woes...
Share with them
a kind word or two,
give them space
to breathe and rest,
allow them to be and
to move through...
They are not your enemies.
Defy logic and
conquer cultural programming
to re-see these ancient energies
as universal,
not personal,
and laugh, laugh,
laugh as the water falls
from your eyes
and cleanses you inside...
