Hi, I'm Zahra, an ICF-Certified Life & Health Coach, a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist and an NLP Practitioner. For years, I felt trapped in cycles I didn’t know how to escape—toxic relationships, self-doubt, and a lingering sense of never feeling “enough.” My first breakup in my early 20s shattered me. I was drowning in depression and isolation, convinced that if I just tried harder, loved dee

per, and ignored the red flags, things would work out. That relationship was codependent, draining, and laced with unhealed trauma—and walking away was just the beginning. I thought escaping meant healing, but I quickly realised that freedom without clarity only leads to more confusion. I built new friendships, forced myself into hobbies, and tried to rebuild from scratch—but I kept falling back into the same destructive patterns. My health suffered. Burnout and stress manifested in gut issues, exhaustion, and anxiety. I was running on empty, chasing external fixes while avoiding the real work within. The turning point came when I finally stopped being at the effect of life and decided to reclaim control. I started setting boundaries, even when they meant facing solitude. I spent time strengthening my self-worth, learning how to break free from limiting beliefs and emotional triggers. For the first time, I opened myself up to love again, but this time, on my terms. With the confidence and clarity I had cultivated, I stepped into a relationship rooted in respect, emotional security, and genuine connection—one that has now flourished for nearly a decade and remains the most fulfilling partnership of my life! I became a student of transformation, investing in nutrition, mindset coaching, and personal development. I deepened my knowledge through life coaching certification, NLP training, and holistic health studies—because healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms. It’s about rebuilding from the inside out. Now, I coach ambitious women through their own transformations—helping them rewrite the beliefs that have kept them stuck, reclaim their full potential, and design a life rooted in self-worth, fulfillment, and wellness. Because I’ve lived through these struggles myself, I know firsthand what it takes to break free and rise stronger. Part of Honouring Yourself and Self Respect is understanding that you cannot just overhaul your life in one day. Too often I have seen people fail at self improvement and go back to their old habits, because they don't recognise that you cannot just remove your old habits, without being aware of why they got built in the first place.

Maybe you have a habit of staying home a lot, and not socialising much. If you force yourself to go out, without realising why you like to stay home in the first place, you won't be able to sustain this new habit. Perhaps it means you feel safer at home. Then if you're building a new habit, you have to make sure to build safety within this new habit. That way you don't have an old habit serving a purpose that you're disregarding. This is what we call Secondary Gains.

Each habit is not what it seems on the surface, and has a deeper meaning to your internal self. Realise this, and your self improvement journey will sky rocket!

Do you find yourself resisting your darker emotions? Maybe when a discomfort arises in your body, you quickly distract yourself with some doomscrolling? Perhaps, when you feel that existential dread in your free time, you busy yourself? or maybe you never ask for help when feeling down?

These are all signs that you have an imbalanced relationship with yourself. Your healthy boundaries have turned dark. You haven't allowed yourself to be your full self.

This is what happens when we're constantly pressuring ourselves to appear ok when we're ok.

Part of healthy boundaries is recognising when you're going into rumination, and asking for help, or realising when your uncomfortable emotions just need some space to be!

How do you deal with your difficult emotions?

Lipophobia is the fear of fat. Fear of dietary Fat so let's talk about it. Do you think inflammation in the brain is a signal that maybe you have inflammation in the body?
And when you start to realise that mental illnesses like depression all have one thing in common: Neuroinflammation....what is that telling you?

The solution being antidepressants and pharmaceutical drugs? Or maybe, just maybe, it's about eating the most anti-inflammatory food in the world: FAT!

Yep, this war is not a coincidence. The solution is right there in front of our eyes. If your brain is 60% fat, do you think going on a low fat diet is going to help with your mental health?

As a nutritionist and Wellness Coach, I feel it's my ethical duty to raise awareness about this. The solution is in food and lifestyle choices, not in being medicated with side effects. Treat the body as holistic, like it is. One part of the body affects the other, and stop seeing things so compartmentalised.

What do you think?

Are you feeling Triggered? Maybe it's a word, or a sound or a phrase, or a certain action that someone does that triggers you.
The solution isn't to exercise control over others' speech or actions, it's to look within and start curiously exploring your inner world, you deserve it.

So many of us shy away from asking ourselves why? We just think it's the other person's fault, or we can't help but be annoyed.

This ignores a critical part of you that we call The Shadow. These are all the repressed, and denied parts of yourself, that still linger but they've turned dark.

How do you start confronting and integrating them? Through Shadow Work.
This is where working with a coach can be so helpful as they can guide you through these parts, without getting triggered constantly.

Being a female means we are strong and have high pain thresholds, but sometimes, it is taken for granted. When it comes to relaxing without feeling guilty, we often let our inner critic take the reins. We think we should be able to "do it all" or "if I don't do it, it won't get done"

These self sacrifical sentiments make it harder than it needs to be. It builds resentment, not just against others, but against yourself as well, and your very nature.

How does one get out of it? The biggest shift is understanding that just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
Meaning, ask for help when needed, take a rest as required, and don't push yourself unnecessarily.

What's been pushing you most this week? Let me know below! 🤔🤔🤔

When we are going through big changes, it can feel quite ungrounding. It feels like we are constantly fighting the past version of us, to see a new way.

This can be so exhausting as we feel pulled in both directions. We often distract ourselves from the discomfort, but there's a better way.

This previous version actually served us, when we didn't know any better. It deserves our compassion and gratitude. And then we let it go in Peace and Love.

Allow yourself to mourn this past version, because it will help to create space for this better version of yourself, don't give up! Everyday, make at least one change that you're proud of, and a year later, you can look back at your growth knowing you are the one who made this happen. It will build your self esteem and self worth.

What's one positive change you can make today? Let me know below! 🤔🤔🤔

It gets worse before it gets better...and that's a GOOD thing!
Your shadow work journey will not be easy or quick, and it will definitely challenge you. If it isn't then you aren't doing it right.

Don't be afraid of confrontations, especially confronting parts of yourself that you've denied for so long.

This will decide how you will move through the integration process.

When doing a Digital Detox, it is important to give yourself options. Don't just tell yourself you're not allowed on the internet, or you can't touch a device.
This creates stress and Rumination. When you're deeply engaged in an alternative activity, this allows for new pathways in your brain to activate.

That is why a Digital Detox is so important.

Have you ever done a digital detox? did you find it difficult? what was the hardest part about it?

When you feel that push back, while trying hard to improve yourself, it's a good sign!
It means that you've successfully gotten outside your comfort zone, and your past self is trying to resist the changes.

It can feel unsettling to notice yourself self sabotaging, when you've been putting so much effort in, but trust me, this is actually the first step to change.

The built up momentum from your past habits are going to want to continue in that same way. Your comfort zone behaviours will want to enter your life again, and it can be quite uncomfortable to go through that.

This is where you need a Spiritual and Energetic Cleanse. This practice creates an allowance within yourself for the new changes, so instead of resisting, you can recognise and allow.

It sounds simple on the surface, but it isn't in practice.

If you want to start your journey, cleanse yourself of the past habits and routines that are not serving you, book a free call with me using the link in bio.
