For the men in our lives.
The girl dads, the boy dads, the step dads, the future and past dads. The role models and mentors that have shaped our lives. The Kings, the Princes, maybe even the Jesters - there are many expressions of masculinity; and the purpose of September 6th is to honour the men that have contributed to our lives in their individual way.

For Father’s Day, ‘The Father’ is available as a special three-piece collection and arrives with a complimentary Enki gift bag, ready to gift to the important men in your life.

A pack of Male Potency, Ashwagandha and Frankincense Spagyric extracts, for vitality, strength and resilience.

How do you take a Spagyric Extract?

Taking your extract directly under the tongue is perhaps the simplest method - but it isn’t the only way.

Herbal and mushroom extracts can be incorporated into rituals already woven throughout your day.

Perhaps your morning begins with coffee or cacao. Or maybe a cup of tea before bed marks the transition into rest. These small, repeated rituals can become natural moments to incorporate your chosen botanical preparation.

Add your extract to:
Water, a simple way to dilute your daily extract.
Tea, add to your cup once brewed and slightly cooled.
Coffee, incorporate your extract into an existing morning ritual.
Cacao, a beautiful way to incorporate extracts into a morning or evening ritual.
Or simply take it directly, for those who enjoy experiencing the full flavour and character of the preparation.

Working with herbs or mushrooms doesn’t need to be complicated.

Sometimes the most sustainable rituals are simply those that become part of something you already do every day.

How do you take yours?

Two mushrooms. Two different expressions of energy.

There is the energy of the mind: clarity, focus and our capacity to remain present with what is in front of us.

And there is the energy of the body: vitality, endurance and the ability to meet the demands of the day.

Our new Mind + Vitality Pack brings together two of our most loved mushroom Spagyric extracts: Lion’s Mane+ and Cordyceps.

Lion’s Mane+ combines Lion’s Mane with Ginkgo, Brahmi and Gotu Kola. A considered blend of mushroom and botanicals, traditionally associated with the mind, memory and cognition. Each ingredient is wild harvested or certified organic.

Cordyceps has traditionally been valued for vitality and endurance. Our extract is uniquely made from native Australian Cordyceps gunnii, transformed through the traditional spagyric process in the Enki Laboratory.

Together, they represent two complementary expressions of energy:

Mind + Body.
Clarity + Vitality.
Focus + Endurance.

A simple daily pairing for the days that ask a little more of both.

Mind + Vitality is now available online and at the Enki Apothecary.

Distillation. One of the oldest botanical extraction techniques.

A gentle separation of a plant’s most volatile aromatic compounds using nothing more than water, heat and patience.

As steam passes through fresh botanicals, it carries with it the plant’s aromatic constituents before cooling back into liquid. The result is two remarkable preparations: an essential oil, rich in concentrated volatile compounds, and a hydrosol, carrying the plant’s delicate water-soluble aromatic profile.

Within the alchemical tradition, these fragrant compounds, essential oils, are understood as the plant’s Sulphur - its Soul. The expression of its unique character, personality and essence.

Distillation is a kind of botanical alchemy.

No two distillations are ever the same.

The season.
The weather.
The soil.
The maturity of the plant.
The timing of harvest.

Each leaves its own signature on the final preparation.

Some compounds only reveal themselves through the distillation process. Chamomile or Yarrow, for example, transforms as it passes through the still, with the deep blue compound chamazulene emerging from its natural precursor, matricin - a beautiful reminder that transformation itself is part of the process.

Long before modern laboratories, distillation was both an art and a science. Today, it remains one of our favourite ways to witness the extraordinary chemistry of the botanical world.

Have you ever heard of xenohormesis?

It’s the concept that plants communicate with us through the compounds they produce in response to their environment. Within the alchemical tradition, many of these aromatic and protective compounds are understood as expressions of the plant’s Sulphur - its Soul or essential oil.

When a plant experiences seasonal change, intense sunlight, frost, drought, wind or other natural challenges, it produces a diverse range of protective phytochemicals. These compounds don’t exist by chance - they’re part of the plant’s own adaptation and resilience.

For centuries, traditional herbal systems have valued plants grown in their natural environments and harvested at full maturity. Today, researchers are exploring whether these same compounds may also act as biological signals that our bodies have evolved to recognise - a concept known as xenohormesis.

At the Enki Farm, the environment is anything but controlled. Winter brings frost-covered mornings and dense fog, while summer delivers intense heat and long days beneath the Australian sun. Rather than shielding our plants from these seasonal rhythms, we cultivate them biodynamically, allow them to mature over multiple seasons, and harvest according to traditional astrological timing - encouraging each plant to express the richness and complexity of its natural chemistry.

Healthy soil. Thriving biodiversity. Seasonal change. Pollinators. Time.

These variables that cannot, and choose not be controlled, aren’t obstacles - they’re part of the conversation between nature and the plants themselves.

Because before a herb becomes an extract, it first has to become the fullest expression of itself.

This is the philosophy behind every Enki preparation. The quality of an extract is shaped not only by how it is prepared in the laboratory, but by the vitality of the plant itself - how it was grown, the environment it experienced, and the care taken from garden to glass.

Most people know Calendula as a bright orange or yellow garden flower 🌼

Did you know it has been treasured in traditional herbal medicine for centuries for its remarkable affinity with both the skin and the digestive system?

At Enki, every bottle begins long before extraction. It begins with living, biodiverse soil and the quiet relationship between plants, pollinators and people

A flourishing garden depends on countless interactions that allow life to thrive - from bees nestled amongst the flowers to the rich microbial life beneath our feet. These relationships are not separate from the final preparation; they are part of it

Our Calendula is grown biodynamically on the Enki Farm, harvested by hand according to traditional astrological timing, and carefully transformed into the botanical preparations found throughout our skincare collection

For us, skincare doesn’t begin with a formulation. It begins with cultivating an ecosystem where plants can express their full vitality, before being prepared through ancient processing techniques to create a botanical extract that speaks the same language as our bodies

The quality of what we place on our skin is inseparable from the health of the environment from which it came

Among the fallen ancient oak trees....

Our Turkey Tail is wild harvested from mature oaks under carefully considered astrological alignments. Gathered with care and respect, each mushroom is then slowly transformed in the Enki Laboratory through traditional spagyric processing, enhanced by our modern proprietary techniques.

Rather than producing a simple extract, we separate, purify and reunite the essential principles of the mushroom, creating a preparation that honours both the intelligence of nature and centuries of alchemical tradition.

Every bottle represents a journey - from ancient oak to you.
