Just standing there, watching it disappear into the sky like it’s the most amazing thing they’ve ever seen.

Sometimes I think that’s one of the best parts of childhood. They find wonder in things we barely notice anymore. ❤️

Ah yes… the toddler phase where absolutely everything has to be done independently.

Getting dressed? I do it myself.
Shoes? I do it myself.
Buckle the seatbelt? I DO IT MYSELF. 😂

And you already know it might take 47 attempts before they actually get it…

But then they finally do. 🥹

That little look of “I DID IT!” makes all the waiting worth it. ❤️

Give them a couple of potato sacks, a backyard and a sibling or friend… and somehow you've got the best afternoon ever. 😅

Running, bumping into each other, falling over and laughing like it's the funniest thing in the world.

No screens. No fancy toys. No big plans.

Ever notice your kids copy absolutely everything you do… except the things you actually want them to? 😂

The way you talk.
The things you say.
Your little habits. Even your facial expressions. 😅

Kids are always watching and learning from us, whether we realise it or not.

They say imitation is the highest form of flattery… but somehow, my daughter seems to have picked up all my bad habits first. 😂🤦‍♂️

Maybe that's our reminder to lead by example… or at least start pretending to have better habits. 😅
