Looking for a Casual Market & Events Sales Superstar 🧜🏻‍♀️

Hi everyone!

After 3 wonderful years with us, one of our amazing team members is moving on due to family commitments, so we’re looking for someone special to join the Mystery Bay Kelp family!

You’ll be representing our locally manufactured health and wellness products at markets & events in our SE region including Bermagui, Tanja, Merimbula, 1 or 2 markets a week.

If you love meeting people, enjoy markets, have a passion for health and wellness, and are looking for a fun and rewarding casual role, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role:

● Casual market and event work (dates booked well in advance)
● Set up and pack down our market stall
Chat with customers and share the benefits of our products
● Process sales using our POS system
● Full product training and support provided

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Friendly, confident and enjoys talking with people
✨ Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
✨ Self-motivated with a positive attitude
✨ Well presented and professional
✨ Flexible and happy to work independently
✨ Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport
✨ Ideally has experience with market stalls or retail sales (preferred but not essential)

This role would be perfect for someone who is semi-retired, looking for extra income, or simply wanting a flexible, enjoyable position with a fantastic local business.

You’ll get to meet wonderful locals and visitors, experience some of the region’s beautiful markets, learn new skills, and become the friendly face of Mystery Bay Kelp.

What an achievement, incredible attention to detail to the beloved Whale hotel, now onto a new chapter.
