There is always more to explore when we work with and support others 🌿

I love that.

As we develop, so does the way we hold space.

Our intuition becomes stronger, our awareness of energy deepens, our boundaries become clearer and we learn more about keeping ourselves energetically clear, protected and grounded within the spaces we create.

We also change as people.

New experiences shape us. Different abilities emerge. Our relationship with spirit and our unseen allies deepens. New ideas arrive and the way we want to work, create, teach or support others naturally evolves with us.

This is one of the reasons I value mentoring so much.

It creates a space for the person behind the practice to keep exploring too.

To talk about what you're experiencing.
To understand your energy more deeply.
To explore your intuition and spiritual development.
To strengthen the way you hold and protect your space.
To bring forward new ideas.
To look at where your practice or heart-led business is growing next.
To have the bigger conversations about what you're feeling called towards.

My mentoring also comes from a slightly different place.

Alongside my own professional and lived experience, I channel and work intuitively with energy, guidance and our unseen allies.

So our conversations can move between the practical, personal, energetic and spiritual... allowing us to explore what is happening now while also opening to what else may be available to you.

For me, that's the exciting part.

More to experience.
More to understand about ourselves.
More ways for our gifts and practices to evolve.

Almost 30 years ago, Steve and I worked alongside each other in disability and community development, creating projects and spaces for people to connect, participate and thrive.

Back then, we were pushing boundaries, exploring the scope of ideas and holding space in ways that, looking back now, feel surprisingly similar in many ways, to the work I find myself doing today.

Nearly three decades later, our lives and work have taken us along very different paths and to different parts of the world... yet last Saturday we found ourselves creating together again.

This time through breath, sound, energy and vibration ✨

The vision for The Temple Within was to create a true fusion of our practices... allowing breath and sound to respond to, support and amplify one another.

What unfolded was pretty extraordinary.

Falling intuitively back into familar rhythm from which everything flowed with...

The breath responding to the sound.
The sound responding to the breath.
Both responding to the people and energy in the room.

The intimacy of the gathering made this even more special. With such a small group, we could feel the subtle shifts and changes, respond to what was unfolding and allow the experience to evolve naturally.

There was intensity and release.
Emotion and movement.
Deep stillness.
Resonance you could feel through the body.
Moments when the whole energy of the room changed.

Each person experienced something uniquely their own, while also becoming part of what we were creating together.

There was learning and expansion for Steve and I too... almost 30 years of different experiences and practices meeting again, to hold space.

The Temple Within began as a vision from either sides of the globe, of what could happen when breath and sound truly weave together.

In an intimate room in Essex, surrounded by a beautiful group of people willing to explore and experience it with us, that vision came to life 💛

And there is so much more still to explore ✨

There is a depth to Auset Egyptian Temple Healing that continues to humble me 🪷

Inspired by sacred traditions that have been honoured for thousands of years, this beautiful modality brings ancient wisdom into a deeply personal healing experience.

✨ WHAT A VERY SPECIAL FEW DAYS... ✨

I’ve watched this reel back a few times now, and I’m just so incredibly grateful for everything that unfolded at The Sanctuary in Upminster 💛

Four days of teaching Angel Miracles®...

Two days of Next Level Intuition, followed by two days journeying deeper into Psychic Mediumship, and then a full day of individual clients within this beautiful space.

It was profound, transformative, real, raw and incredibly special.

We laughed, we cried, we healed, we connected, we stretched beyond comfort zones and witnessed some incredible evidence from Spirit. Most of all, I watched people begin to trust themselves, their intuition and what they were feeling, sensing and knowing on an entirely different level.

The souls who came together for these trainings made the experience what it was. Watching the connection, trust and friendships weave between everyone over those four days was just gorgeous ✨

Thank you to every single person who stepped into the space and trusted me to walk alongside you. For your openness, vulnerability, courage, curiosity and everything you brought with you.

A huge thank you too to The Sanctuary, Upminster, for welcoming me and giving this work such a beautiful home while I was in Essex. The space, the gardens, the energy... it was such a lovely place to teach, work with clients and gather together.

Still smiling after The Temple Within ✨

Some experiences are difficult to put into words... because so much of what happens is felt.

The vibration of sound moving through the body.
The breath opening and shifting energy.
A moment of release.
A wave of emotion.
Deep stillness.
A resonance that continues long after the sound itself has faded.

Saturday evening was full of those moments.

The Temple Within was intentionally intimate, allowing each person the space to experience the fusion of breath, sound, energy and vibration in their own unique way.

There was space to feel.
Space to receive.
Space to explore.
Space to simply be.

What unfolded was powerful, beautifully individual and, at times, incredibly moving to witness.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this very first experience and trusted themselves to step into it so openly 💛

Your presence became part of what was created in that room.

As the summer holidays draw to a close and we begin that gentle transition towards autumn, there is something beautiful about creating a moment to pause, breathe and mark the threshold.

A very special little stop in Singapore on my way to the UK ✨

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen Sri and Paul from The Blue Lotus, so having the opportunity to spend some time with them and reconnect was incredibly special.

The three of us share a beautiful connection through our teacher, Elisabeth Jensen. Elisabeth taught at The Blue Lotus during her visits to Singapore, so being there, surrounded by so many memories of her and the work she shared, felt quite profound.

There was something really lovely about being together, remembering Elisabeth, sharing stories and reflecting on the work that continues to ripple out through those of us who had the privilege of learning from her.

Something else rather special is making its way to Adelaide ✨

I’ll have a small collection of original prints of Marie Klement’s beautiful artwork of the Egyptian divinities, created for Elisabeth’s Auset Egyptian Oracle Cards, available when I return.

These are so much more than beautiful images... They hold such a strong connection to Elisabeth and the work she shared, while carrying the essence, vibration and frequency of the individual Egyptian divinities they represent.

They are incredibly powerful pieces, and I feel very privileged to be able to make a small number available in Adelaide.

So grateful I made the time for this visit. Some connections weave their way through our lives across years, countries and continents 💛
