Spring is here!
Time to start shedding the winter blues with a spring mental health reset. Start embracing natural light and outdoor activity.
Sunlight helps regulate the body’s internal clock and boosts serotonin production, which enhances feelings of happiness and well-being.
Spending time outdoors—whether through walks, gardening, or outdoor exercise—can significantly enhance mental well-being. Keep it nice and simple, and enjoy the benefits 💜

Do you suffer from pain that just won’t settle?

Do you regularly experience:

Lower back pain?
Neck pain or stiffness?
Shoulder pain?
Headaches linked with neck or muscle tension?
Hip or knee discomfort?
Muscle tightness or recurring strains?
Pain from work, lifting or repetitive movement?
Sports-related aches and injuries?
Stiffness that makes everyday movement harder?
Ongoing musculoskeletal pain that keeps coming back?

You don’t always have to just “put up with it”.

Osteopathy may be able to help.

Dr Markas Jacobsen works with people experiencing a range of musculoskeletal problems, using hands-on treatment, movement assessment and practical strategies aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility and helping you get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Whether your pain is affecting your:

sleep, work, training, driving, gardening, mobility or everyday life — it may be worth getting it assessed.

What can an Osteopath help with?

Osteopathy may assist with:

Back pain
Neck and shoulder pain
Joint stiffness
Muscle tension
Some musculoskeletal headaches
Work-related aches and pains
Sports and exercise-related problems
Reduced mobility and stiffness

Rather than only looking at the spot that hurts, Markas can assess how you move, what may be aggravating the problem and what can be done to help manage it.

Stop letting pain control what you can do.

If you’ve been saying:

“It’ll probably go away.”

“I’ve just learned to live with it.”

“My back is always like this.”

“My neck is always tight.”

Maybe it’s time to have it looked at.
