Currently, after losing my Dad and my husband within 3 weeks of each other, my cup is bone dry 🫗. In fact it may have a large crack in it just like my heart 💔
The grief I am feeling is an incredibly heavy weight that I struggle with each day. Simple things like getting out of bed, getting dressed, eating and even having a shower seem like mammoth tasks. Going out in public has become a nightmare for me, where I want to dive into a hole 🕳️ to hide 🫣
I need to find who my “new self” is now, and be sure to have a full cup so I’m able to facilitate the sessions with the horses again. I can’t give what I don’t have at tge moment. I appreciate your patience in waiting for me to do this.
The loss of Brian Binstead has broken me, so now I need to put myself together stronger. I can’t do this on my own. I am normally a very independent person but I am now having to humble myself greatly by asking and accepting help while I need it. Thankfully I have family, friends and my animals to help me.
This morning my trickle into my cup of happiness and love was given to me from my daughter Jess Bendle and my youngest grandson Tobi, then found in a quiet walk in the paddock on my own.
