One of the biggest mindset shifts I teach women is this:

Strength training does NOT have to feel intimidating to be effective.

Today’s movement is a supported deadlift β€” and it’s such a great exercise for building real-life strength in a safe, controlled, confidence-building way.

This movement helps strengthen:

βœ” Hamstrings
βœ” Core
βœ” Posture muscles
βœ” Everyday lifting strength

And the support element helps you focus on control, balance, and movement quality without feeling unstable or overwhelmed.

This is especially important during seasons where:
