Nobody really talks about how grief lives on in the body.
When we lose someone we love, experience heartbreak, disappointment, or go through a season of deep sadness, we often focus on the emotional pain. But grief doesn't just affect our thoughts—it can become stored within our nervous system and physical body.
That heaviness in your chest. The lump in your throat. The tension across your shoulders. The exhaustion that never seems to lift. The aches and pains that appeared after life changed forever.
Our bodies carry the stories that words sometimes cannot express. This can cause headaches migraines sleep disorders breathing issues chest pain high/low blood pressure kidney and bladder problems anxiety depression nervous system issues and neurological disorders.

Over time, unresolved grief and emotional stress can create patterns of tension and protective responses within the nervous system. The body remains in a state of holding on, long after the event has passed.

Spinal Flow is a gentle, holistic technique that works with the nervous system and spine to help release stored stress, tension, and blockages within the body.
Does it hurt?
No. Spinal Flow is gentle and designed to work with your body, not against it.
Will I be adjusted or cracked?
No forceful adjustments or cracking are used during sessions.
What happens during a session?
You’ll usually lie comfortably while gentle contacts are applied to specific access points along the spine and sacrum to support the body’s natural healing response.
How many sessions will I need?
Everybody is different. Your care plan depends on your stress history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals. Healing is a process, not a quick fix.
Why are follow-up sessions important?
Stress patterns can build up over years. Consistent sessions help the nervous system unwind layers of stored tension and support lasting change.
