The new mirrors are in. New, polished and clean.
We did the strength equipment refurb/update. Then the cardio pieces replacement. Next we added the bigger car parking. Whacked on 3 batteries to our solar system and have given massages a go. Re-painted the free weights and functional training area and added a new vehicle. The last 3 years have been all about re-investment and having a gym that we want to be at every day if we could
You'd think we would be done if we were content and wanted to rest?

Over the next 7 days you will really see that while we love our gym, we actually really love our community, and our town more and the people we have in it.
Announment 1 is nice and will make you happy
Announment 2 is a project that would probably affect most country people
Announment 3 is EPIC.

Great session this morning with Fat Farmers fat.farmers and eldersnaracoorte eldersrealestatenaracoorte crew plus some usual gym members. We had 25 attendees in total with a few having to leave early as our time got away from us with all the fun. Fitness for today done!

Single arm rear delt training and warm up for shoulder day. Medium weight and reps of 10-12. Focus on stretch and contraction while feeling it in the right area. Remember it’s rear delt movement and not a shoulder blade retraction so much so don’t pull your arm way back behind your shoulders.

Coat 1 done. Coat 2 tomorrow and then all will be put back to normal. We really appreciate our members patience while we complete the mirror replacement and the painting update. We are sure you all will love the mini refurb and feel like it's never ending in what we can achieve together

We have had great feedback from our members email we sent last week but you may have missed it so we will dot point below

* We have put equipment first with the plate loaded and multi function pieces, then updating the cardio area, This was roughly a $200,000 upgrade over the 24 months so we held off on mirrors

* The extra car park was needed for sure. This was about a $90,000 add on

* We just added 3 batteries to our grid about 6 months ago costing us $30,000 roughly and now saving us $500 per month

* We have added in the new Belt squat, Hip Thrust and Competition Bench Press the last 12 months

* We also have some new equipment rolling in soon, replacing some older ones

* Brett got his new Ute after 17 years (cant forget that)

* We are bringing back the FIT 3D scanner in June (end) for your biometrics results and tracking

* We have another surprise that "one way' or "another way" out will make you smile. A lot

* Last but not least we have put our name to an event as the major sponsor that is close to us personally, but we think it resonates with our values and our members values also

As you can see we have been doing a fair bit but now the time is for mirrors and a interior upgrade/paint once the mirrors are in

Mirror replacement in 99% done. Thanks to JMT Glass for the install. We know the locals are proud to have this gym as their home gym and we have always said we would beat almost any gym for service, friendliness, equipment and class. This refurb adds to the list of updates and this update isn’t over. Our locals have supported us for a long time so the inside updates are now on as our way to give back for your loyal support. Stay tuned for a little game right here

So as our newsletter that went out 2 weeks ago stated, our new mirrors arrive tomorrow. The front of the gym will be more than likely unworkable, but we may be able to move the stuff just back a bit. It will be 2 days of mayhem but worth it for sure.
