What it looks like to come to a class.

⭐️ We primarily instruct from the floor, but get on the reformers if we need to demonstrate. ⭐️ We will come and adjust you as necessary and give continual verbal cuing to ensure you are doing the best you can and reaping all the benefits.

💰 $20 for a casual 30 minute class.

💰 If you’re on a membership, book as normal.

💰 If you have a class pack, I would advise purchasing a casual express credit as it’ll be cheaper than the 10 and 20 pack pricing. If you have a 50 pack, it’ll be cheaper for you to use one of those credits!
