A number of years ago I had a car accident and severely damaged my shoulder. To the point that it caused severe pain on movement. I was suggested to see a Bowen Therapist by a family member. I was shocked years of pain and discomfort has gone; I was able to move my shoulder.

I could sleep better; my mood had improved as I did not have any pain. I was able to work without having to take any pain medication. I could not believe the benefit one session had made, so I kept going back, and the improvement, not just in my shoulder but my whole body was incredible. This inspired me to complete the course myself. Which I have now done, my aim is to help others who suffer silently with pain and discomfort and would like some relief. I have had 15 years with the health industry, studying sport exercise science at Cardiff university, and have been Nursing for 10 years.
