WEIGHT LOSS…HOW??

You can lose weight by cutting out carbs 🥔, counting calories ⚖️ skipping meals ❌, working out like a crazy woman 🏋️‍♀️ or trying a zillion fad diets but where’s the fun in any of that? And more importantly how good is it for your overall health and wellness and how sustainable is it?!

Thankfully I’ve found a better way! 🙌

I’m so excited to have joined a simple to follow, ‘2 STEP & REPEAT’ Your Best Life Program that not only helps kickstart weight loss but builds a strong foundation for lasting results. ⬇️

STEP 1 - ‘The DETOX’
A 10 Day detox designed to flood our bodies with wholefood, plantbased nutrition and strip away all the nasty toxins within. Resulting in so many benefits, including better gut health, improved sleep quality, higher energy levels and of course a reduction in weight due to reduced inflammation and bloating.

STEP 2 - ‘The LIFESTYLE’
Now it’s time to build from a healthy foundation. We follow healthy eating principles (from amazing recipes!) and introduce more movement (heaps of workouts and exercise programs to choose from). We focus on maintaining and solidifying the great habits we formed in the first 10 days, whilst avoiding those bad habits that try to creep back in.

And then we REPEAT!! Yep on the first Monday of each month we start again. In fact, science tells us it takes 120 days for our cells to fully regenerate which is why we focus on a 4 month program that can actually be followed for a lifetime!

This is my second round and I can’t wait to share my results with you all and do it all again starting 2 September.

This still blows my mind!

8 years ago today I completed my first ever marathon. The time wasn’t pretty but the experience was something I will never forget.

Every year, at this time, I am reminded of how it was Nathan and his gorgeous family who inspired me and motivated me to take on this challenge.

It really was a defining moment in my health & fitness journey that I will be forever grateful for. 💕💕

Life can throw some crazy curve balls. Don’t keep dodging them. Just go straight through them!! 💥💥
