Six years ago, a coach believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

He saw potential in me that I couldn’t yet see, supported me through the challenges, and helped me build confidence both inside and outside the gym.

That first step changed my life.

Today, I’m incredibly grateful to be in a position where I get to do the same for others.

Wilma started training with me 8 months ago after years of restrictive eating, under-fuelling, and chasing the latest fad diets.

Rather than focusing on eating less, we went right back to basics. We gradually increased her food intake, built sustainable daily habits, prioritised strength training, and focused on creating a lifestyle she could actually maintain long term.

The result?

More strength.
More energy.
More confidence.
And a healthier relationship with food than ever before.

At 56 years old, Wilma is proof that it’s never too late to invest in yourself and create lasting change.

I am incredibly proud of this one. She trusted the process, ticked every box, showed up consistently, and put in the work day after day.

Pre workout is one of the most common supplements people ask about.

But do you actually need it?

The truth is, it can help with energy, focus and training intensity, especially if you train early or feel a bit flat before sessions. But it’s not essential and it shouldn’t replace the basics like sleep, nutrition and recovery.

Like most supplements, it works best when it supports a solid routine, not when it replaces one.
