We officially passed our NDIS audit and honestly… the whole office can breathe again 🎉💜

It’s been a long few weeks of preparation, double checking everything, running on caffeine, sore eyes, and asking “wait… did we upload that document already?” about 47 times a day 😂

But jokes aside, we’re really proud.

Proud of our support workers.
Proud of our coordinators and admin team.
Proud of the care, effort, and consistency everyone brings every single day behind the scenes.

And most of all, grateful to our participants and families for trusting us to be part of your lives .💜

A big win for the whole Unmatched Support Services team and everything we continue to build together.✨

That’s exactly why Unmatched Haven exists.

Not gonna lie, housing support can get messy sometimes. Applications, inspections, paperwork, follow-ups, waiting games… it’s a lot. So when everything finally comes together for a participant, the whole team feels it too.

We’re so grateful to be part of journeys like this.
