Most students here are not super bendy.
They’re managing sore backs, busy lives, stress, or just getting older.

Yoga isn’t about doing it perfectly.

My yoga classes are slow, supportive and suitable for beginners as well as people returning after a break.
Especially if your body feels stiff, tired, or a bit creaky these days.

At Lynette B Yoga it is ALL about listening to your body. 💙
