My clinical work at CDS is focused on people with persistent or recurring problems, more complex presentations, and those who want to understand not only what hurts, but why it may be continuing.
With 20 years in physiotherapy, I’ve learnt that good care isn’t about applying the same treatment to every person with the same diagnosis.
It’s about taking the time listening carefully, assessing the whole presentation, understanding what matters to that individual, and deciding what actually needs to change.
Sometimes that involves hands-on treatment. Sometimes rehabilitation, movement or progressive strength. Often it’s a combination that changes as the person progresses.
My goal isn’t simply to help someone feel better for a few days.
It’s to help them move better, become stronger and more confident in their body, and return to the things that matter to them.
This is where I’m choosing to focus more of my clinical work at CDS.
