The participant confidently served a number of customers throughout the session, and during downtime took initiative to complete small but important tasks around the store — including sorting through an overflowing men’s shorts section to keep things organised and presentable.

One of our participants helped rearrange the store this morning to give UpLoved a more inviting and refreshed layout.

Racks were moved and shelves repositioned closer to the front entrance to better showcase Makers items as customers walk in — improving visibility and the overall shopping experience. 💡✔️
