Simplicity from Gangaji…
Already who you are. Only thing left to do is undo. Simply Stop. Breathe. Be silent. How ? When reaction happens how do we do it? We can’t do it. This week I had a reaction, I was frustrated with my Mum and I snapped at her. It happens, I don’t like me when I react that way, when I’m unable to stay silent and listen to my own anger/frustration/hurt/disappointment whatever it is can I listen? Can I be there for myself in it rather than reacting to or blaming the other? I noticed that day I didn’t. So the next day I wake up at 4am and do my work. The Work of Byron Katie has for me been the fastest way to see what was happening for me. When I see that I release the other from any blame and release my from self-attack as I was innocent in that moment, believing my thoughts, how I saw the situation. Sitting in the work silences me.
