😎 Take off your CORSETS, ladies! 🔥

Feeling SO ‘right place right time’… ending the year of the snake totally NAKED and stripped bare. 🔥

And you know what? It’s nowhere near as scary as I thought it would be.

If we desire DEEP connection, intimacy and belonging, the ONLY way there is getting comfortable with the ‘wobbly’ bits which haven’t seen the light of day.

The parts we rejected and hid away from the world.

And tonight we created the most nourishing, resonant space I’ve ever been witness to! 🔥❤️

A space to show up EXACTLY as we are… to PRACTICE being the unmasked, unprofessional, ordinary, even ‘unreliable’, ‘lazy’, ‘messy’ de-corseted version of ourselves.

(Wow. Autocorrect just updated my spelling… is de-corseted *actually* a word??) 🤣🤣🤣

According to the intentions shared from the women tonight, we are gearing up for a BIG year of:

“Softening, gentleness, returning to the body, embracing femininity, tending to our physical vessel, voicing our quiet desires and remembering the nourishing habits which have fallen off the radar.”

😆😆 You know the BEST thing about midlife?!

There’s no headspace left for useless bloody narratives! 🤣

Isn’t that just so bloody freeing? 🔥

We can replace alllll the adopted false beliefs from the crumbling paradigm…

With TRUTH (which is FELT via the SENSES).

Beliefs like:

❌ Symptoms are due to ‘perimenopause’

❌ Declining / imbalanced hormones are the cause of symptoms

❌ Our bodies automatically decline as we age

The truth is, our bodies REGENERATE when we remove the barriers to healing, regardless of age and ‘hormonal’ status.

And if we desire vitality now AND into our later years…

I don’t believe we can mask and manipulate our way there.

🔥❤️ Midlife is the RECKONING…

The revelation of what has been simmering away beneath the surface.

It’s a barometer of how we’ve been living (and perceiving)

A chance to get under the hood and address the REAL cause of our symptoms.

Vitality is reclaimed when we give the body what it is ACTUALLY asking for.

Namely:

1️⃣ 🔥DEEEEEP NOURISHMENT

YES we need to nourish our tissues and organs, joints, fascia etc

But are we doing it in a way which SIMULTANEOUSLY brings:

PLEASURE, FUN, ADVENTURE, REST, CREATIVITY and BEAUTY??

This part is CRITICAL, because sooooo many of our symptoms (eg hot flushes, night sweats, dryness, brain fog etc)

= YIN deficiency!

Which relates to those nourishing factors we tend to overlook.

2️⃣🔥DEEEEEP CLEANSING

Not just removing the physical waste from the liver, colon and skin…

But releasing the heavy burdens we no longer need to carry.

✅ The shame and guilt we’ve been running from…

✅ The masks we wear to fit in (which prevent real belonging)

✅ The looping habits and patterns we collapse into when we’re disconnected from ourselves.

✅ All the judgements we’ve projected at others, still carried in our field…

The good news is…

🌸 It doesn’t have to be hard, and…

🌸 We DON’T have to do it alone!

Things flow so much more easily when we realign with the original blueprint:

What I only WISH I’d known…..

Is that as I continue my journey back to a more traditional way of life

The joy, nourishment, vitality and sisterhood which are par for the course are really just the tip of the iceberg.

✅ Freshly milled suuuper sour and salty CRUMPETS cooked in ghee and topped with honey and cinnamon. 🤤🤤🤤

🔥🔥🔥 LADIES: There is a DIRECT connection between how you tend to your physical vessel and your ability to magnetise your desires in REAL TIME.

I have observed this over and over in my life…

The relationship is TIGHT.

This is my reminder for when I buy into the story that abundance only comes through WORK, HUSTLE and PRODUCTIVITY. 🙈

It’s counterintuitive (at least when I’m out of alignment) but the truth is that when my life force is abundant - my wishes are often granted instantaneously.

😇 By NO means am I suggesting that tending to our physical bodies is the ONLY factor.

As someone who spent most of my life addicted to health practices in order to avoid a MOUNTAIN of emotional repression and pain…

I know firsthand that facing that mountain has been a game-changer (along with radical self responsibility and integrity).

HOWEVER…

Ever since having children, what had slipped down the priority list was caring for my vessel to the degree that I used to. The: 
❤️ Cleansing
❤️ Nourishing
❤️ Tending
❤️ Challenging, and
❤️ Replenishing.

It’s genuinely been around 15 years since I’ve tapped back into this! (And I’m just getting started!)

Not the the newfandangled way which managed to slink into my psyche during formal health education…

The way of TRUTH.

What was ALWAYS TRUE and ALWAYS KNOWN.

The way of peace, simplicity and beauty. Deeply attuned self care.

Feeling so bloody fired up right now for what’s ahead for humanity as we step into our co-creative power. 🔥🔥🔥

Abundance is the birthright we need to remember.

🔥❤️ If you are READY…

To get closer to truth, beauty, softness and simplicity…

And the deep PEACE which has been calling you.

It is real.
It is here.

🔥Nature heals.
🔥Simplifying heals.

Truth (when we’re ready to receive it) has the power to set us FREE.

Small habits and choices aligned with truth are SO impactful and the effects ripple outwards, splashing fairy dust into all sorts of dark corners which we may not have ever believed could be illuminated.

Whatever your heart’s desire, there is a way.

‘Miracles’ are possible if you are truly ready to receive them.

(Bloody frustrating when we’re not! And believe me, I’ve been there too!)

🔥 So often it’s the subtle shifts which make the biggest ripples.

I’ve been blown away by this AGAIN recently with two tiny changes:

1. Stopping to chat to an elderly man I normally only wave to on my morning walks.

2. Putting instagram and Facebook back on my phone.

Seemingly minor actions with HUGE impacts.

The former leaves me with a feeling I can’t quite put into words for the entire day.

A mix of gratitude, bliss and deep connection.

This results in the activities the old me might have considered ‘chores’ becoming joyful and DEVOTIONAL by default.

No affirmations required.

The latter… I mean. 😳😳😳

It’s hard to comprehend the effect on my mind and skin. 🤯

(Jaw dropping very single time!!)

Scrolling hasn’t been on the table for for 6 months.

And being back on socials without the required ‘muscle’ has meant the odd bit of scrolling AT NIGHT.

The most dehydrating practice I know of.

Which is marking the return of NOTICEABLY gaunt, lackluster skin with pigmentation flaring in just a couple of weeks!

So taking apps off my phone (a simple choice made with the support of my personal cheer squad each time)…

is more impactful than my entire SKIN ROUTINE and LIFESTYLE put together!

Do you see how intentional, intelligent lifestyle design can remove boxes from your to do list?

This is my jam, ladies.

So often it’s what we’re DOING rather than what we’re NOT doing.

This is how we simplify in the midlife window!!
