Would I go back to being 25? Nope ☺️

Things I don't miss about being 25:

❌ Tampons
❌ Pregnancy scares
❌ Caring what strangers think
❌ Settling for less than I deserved
❌ Dating potential instead of reality

Things I do miss:

Recovering quickly from a late night

That's about all I miss though.

😂

PTGF is a research-based phenomenon where individuals experience positive psychological change after enduring adversity. It doesn’t mean the trauma was ‘worth it’, but it does mean that something profound can still emerge because of it.

People report:
Stronger relationships and boundaries
A deeper appreciation for life
Renewed life purpose
Inner strength they never knew they had
Greater spiritual connection

If this sounds like a contradiction and paradox, it is. But it’s also real. Growth doesn’t erase grief, it grows alongside it.

One of the biggest myths in women’s health is that every pelvic floor issue requires more tightening and strengthening exercise, often referred to as Kegel exercise.

In reality, many women are living with overactive, tense and guarded pelvic floor muscles that contribute to pain, urgency, discomfort and disconnection from the body.

This is one reason physiotherapists may recommend tools that improve:

circulation
nervous system regulation
tissue health
relaxation
vaginal comfort and adaptability

Women deserve evidence-based, shame-free conversations about pelvic and sexual health.

I’ve written a new article exploring why vi*****rs are increasingly being used therapeutically in pelvic and sexual health care.

Not every pelvic floor problem requires strengthening.
Sometimes the body needs softness, circulation, nervous system safety and reconnection instead.

As a pelvic and sexual health educator and physiotherapist, I’ve written a new article exploring why I often prescribe vi*****rs therapeutically in my pelvic health care practice.
