WELCOME TO THE TEAM, SUZY 🤍

Remedial Massage Therapist and Pilates instructor, with us Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Remedial, deep tissue, abdominal, myofascial cupping, dry needling, Lomi Lomi, Swedish relaxation and pregnancy massage — every treatment tailored to what your body needs that day. Suzy also teaches reformer, mat, strength and mobility, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition.

Hands-on treatment, movement, breathwork and nutrition — it’s rare to find someone across all four, and rarer still to find someone this good at each.

Amanda joins us on Monday evenings teaching Reform Your Body — bringing a Bachelor of Science, years in group fitness and PT, and a Diploma of Clinical Pilates underway.

Meet Keira, or Keeks 👋 Our new Pilates instructor.

Keeks’s love of movement started in competitive gymnastics — strength, precision, body awareness from a young age. Then came several years working on superyachts, where she found mat Pilates.

Now she’s here, blending contemporary Pilates with functional strength and mindful movement. Warm, encouraging, and challenging in the best way.
