The magic of taking a second to breathe and refocus (and looking back at this… it wasn’t even a particularly good breath 😅). But it was enough to refocus and get me back on track.

It wasn’t strength or skill that changed…
it was one deep breath.

Sometimes the “magic” isn’t doing more —
it’s pausing and bringing your attention back to what matters.

Re-introducing me 💙
Hey, I’m Codie! A clinical Myotherapist in Brisbane passionate about helping people improve their pain and function to ultimately improve their life.

I work clinically at Habitual Health Collective in New Farm where I treat people with chronic pain, runners injuries, headaches, nerve pain and more. I love using a hands-on, manual therapy approach to help bodies behave a little better.

I also work at The Foot Collective in Grange teaching classes to help improve balance and restore foot function. I love connecting with like-minded people and having fun with movement in this space.

My page is all about education and having fun with movement, what I believe to be the two most important factors to living a fulfilling life 💚
