๐Ÿ‹๏ธ We're excited to introduce our new gym space here at Regent St Physio! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

At the heart of the space is the new Arrow Beast training system โ€“ an incredibly versatile piece of equipment that allows us to perform almost every exercise you'd find in a traditional gym, all within our clinic.

Whether you're:
โœ… Recovering from an injury
โœ… Rebuilding strength after surgery
โœ… Training for your sport
โœ… Looking to improve balance, mobility or overall function
..our new gym gives our physiotherapists even more ways to tailor your rehabilitation and help you achieve your goals.

The best part? Your rehab now progresses seamlessly from the treatment room to a purpose-built exercise space, so you can build strength and confidence in a supervised environment.๐Ÿ’ช

It was a fantastic evening of collaboration, with clinicians from different disciplines (Orthopaedic Surgeon, Radiologist and Sports Physician) sharing their knowledge, experiences and perspectives on shoulder assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.

Well done, Craig! ๐Ÿ‘
