Last week, our simulation team packed up mannequins, clinical and simulation equipment and headed to Gunnedah for two days of hands-on clinical simulation training.
Part of the team hit the road with a van full of simulation gear, while the rest of the team took to the skies with the incredible support of Angel Flight Australia
Once we arrived, the van was unpacked, the simulation environment was set up, and participants got straight into it โ working through realistic scenarios, making decisions under pressure, communicating as a team, then coming together to reflect and learn.

๐A huge thank you to ๐๐น๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป, Clinical Nurse Educator, for her support throughout the day. Alison was incredibly organised and attentive, always anticipating what was needed and stepping in to help wherever she could. She played an important role in bringing participants together and making sure each day was a success.
