✨ As we arrive at the Winter Solstice, I’m reminded that nature is showing us the way.

The earth is resting, the days are short, and life is turning inward. In the Vedic tradition, this is the darkest point of the year—but also the moment the light begins to return.

Ayurveda invites us to slow down, nourish ourselves deeply, and tend to our inner fire.
