You don't need to be stressed or overwhelmed to start practicing Qigong or wait until your body is tight and imbalanced to do a Yoga practice or have the "correct" attire or equipment to begin.

Begin now, meditate, move, breathe, and feel each day, whether you're happy, sad, or energized.

Consistent practice builds Qi and equips you with the tools to navigate life's challenges when they arise.

Mantra for the week, fill your cup till it overflows ♡
Prioritising your own wellbeing isn't indulgent, it's crucial, so take a moment to refill and recharge your energy.

Qigong… 'Zhan Zhuang' (Standing like a tree)

Zhan Zhuang is the Qigong system with the longest tradition which can be traced back over three thousand years. It is the foundation of all Qigong styles and is characterized by its great effectiveness and efficiency.

Zhan Zhuang is pronounced "Jan Jong" and best translated as Standing Like A Tree.

Training in Zhan Zhuang… for most people is a complete surprise in the beginning… as there are no recognizable external movements, although it is a highly energetic exercise system.

In contrast to many other methods, Zhan Zhuang develops our internal energy in a very efficient way… instead of consuming it.
Zhan Zhuang Qigong is practiced in well-balanced standing positions which increase the flow of energy and build up internal strength.

The Zhan Zhuang system is based on a unique combination of relaxation and exertion which stimulates, cleanses and massages the whole body.

Because of it’s effectiveness in raising our energy levels… Zhan Zhuang is often used as basic training for martial arts.

For a long time, Zhan Zhuang Qigong has been a well kept secret and it is only since the mid 1940s that Zhan Zhuang has been taught and discussed publicly.

In Europe… Master Lam Kam Chuen introduced this unique Qigong system in 1987… and is also the author of the first book on Zhan Zhuang in the West.

Through the practice of Zhan Zhuang Qigong we are able to take advantage of our whole potential… physically, mentally and spiritually… without becoming exhausted. This is achieved in a completely natural way without the need for struggling with ourselves.

☯️ The Cosmic Microcirculation (Microcosmic Orbit) in Qigong and Taoist practices, which is the main energy pathway in the human body ☯️
🌀 Inspiration Path (Inspirar):
The yellow line shows the energy pathway that ascends along the back of the body, starting at the 1 RM (Ren Mai) point on the perineum, up through the spine (1 DM - Du Mai to 20 DM at the head).
This pathway is associated with energy absorption, or "inspiration." Expiration Path (Espirar):
The purple line shows the energy pathway that descends along the front of the body, starting at the 28 DM (Du Mai) point on the head, down through the face and chest (24 RM - Ren Mai to 1 RM at the perineum).
This pathway is associated with energy release, or "expiration."
🌀 Dantian:
There are three main Dantians depicted: the Superior Dantian (head), the Middle Dantian (chest), and the Inferior Dantian (lower abdomen).
These are important energy centers in the body.
🌀 Purpose:
The Cosmic Microcirculation practice aims to continuously circulate energy (Qi) through these channels, harmonizing Yin and Yang, and improving physical and spiritual health.

Now is the perfect time to be letting go of negativities, old hurts, and resentments, slowing down and replenishing your reserves.

As the nights grow longer, it is essential to tune into nature's slower rhythm. The more you restore now, the stronger resilience you will have against winters fatigue.

1. the peacekeepers
Choose peace ~ you know its calling you 🕊
Conflicts are coming to an end and you deserve happiness and contentment.
There is a warrior within you that wants to rise up, prove your point and get the truth across. But you're being reminded by ancestor wisdom that the truth will always be revealed in the end.
It is important at this time to avoid arguments or heated discussions where you know you will be fighting a losing battle. There is much more power in choosing to move forward from a higher perspective, which will allow you to connect deeply to the guidance within and the intuition that will lead you towards the healing of the whole situation, along with any wounds it may have inflicted on you.

2. Hunter🗡
Instead of being hunted down by your fears or other feelings that you have been burying, become the Hunter.
You are being given confidence and strength at this time, so use your power to make a difference.
You are not here to cower away or live in the shadows, you are here to realise your full potential, but this can only happen when you step up and do what needs to be done.
There may be an opportunity to face an aspect of your past or bring closure to a situation that has haunted you.

3. Shaolin Master 🪷
Slow and steady. Breathe and flow. Take a gentler approach.
You are being guided to move like water, and connect with your purest intentions. Don't feel that you need to rush ahead. Move with subtlety and grace.
Reach high, but also ask yourself how you can move with the flow of life rather than pushing against it.
Do you have the capacity to refocus your gaze at this time? Can you slow down? Or take more time to soften and breathe as you move forward?
All this will be beneficial for what happens next.
