Tomorrow's full moon lands in Pisces and brings with it a lunar eclipse!

Lunar eclipses intensify the effects of the full moon. This eclipse is the last eclipse of the year and is closing a two year chapter that began in spring 2024. It's big!

It's here to highlight what you have been trying to keep together. It's asking you to simplify, let go, and surrender it. Lighten your load!

It's shining a light on the un-seen. Lighting up your intuition, releasing any grief, forgiveness and old dreams from the past two years.

Pay attention to what rises to the surface. Notice how you respond. It served a purpose. Give yourself gratitude for how far you have come. Then, feel it. Heal it.

What are you ready to let go of? Name it, claim it, and take your power back by choice!

Today's full in Capricorn is also known as the Strawberry Moon.

It's asking you to stop, pause for a minute and review what you have been working towards, to honour what you have built so far. Decide what still deserves your energy and what you can let go of.

It's shining a light on what needs to go, what's weighing you down. The obligations, the expectations, and the versions of success that were never yours to begin with. The societal expectations, the comparing of your life to others, put it down, let the dead leaves drop, you do not have to carry what is not meant for you, lighten your load!

Follow your heart, let it lead you, there's no point following goals that look good on the outside, only to arrive and feel empty upon completion. Tune in, notice which goals come from pressure or fear and which ones come from your truest self, feel into it, the right goal will feel aligned with your body.

Today marks the day the Winter Solstice arrives in Australia!

It's a time of reflection, renewal, incubation and regeneration, peace, rebirth, surrendering, letting go, generosity, and love.

The Winter Solstice happens at the time of the year when the days are at their shortest and the nights are at their longest.

It is an invitation to take a moment out of our normal lives to be still and connect to the bigger picture of where we are on our journey.

At this time, all of nature is resting and still – seeds and bulbs hide beneath the ground from the colder weather, and many animals hibernate.

We too can use this time to rest and rejuvenate. There is great benefit to be had from allowing ourselves periods of retreat that can help us to nourish our bodies, minds and spirits and nurture the tender seeds of our own creations.

The Winter Solstice is also a celebration of rebirth. From this point in the year onwards, the days will lengthen and begin to get warmer. Nature will begin to show signs of growth and we, too will begin to venture outside of ourselves more.

So although right now, we are drawn to be indoors more, staying warm and conserving our energy, there is an awareness that the return of the sun is coming, and with it, new life and new adventures.

Again, as you stand on the threshold of the next six months, you may like to reflect on what you wish to draw into your life.

You might like to celebrate this Winter Solstice by;
✨Coming together with friends and family.
✨Celebrating solo by taking the time to think about your life, your hopes and dreams and what you have learnt from the last six months.
✨You may wish to create a special ceremony or ritual to mark the day, create an altar, light a candle, draw an oracle card and journal.

Being the sign of communication, it's asking you to get really specific about your intentions, to move them from the realm of thought into the physical manifest, where the dream becomes your reality! Today's full moon in Sagittarius is also known as a Blue Moon, the second full moon this month. A rarity of the night sky, it won't arrive again until 2028!

It's asking you to expand, to stop playing small, to step into the vision of your big dream, it's asking you to believe and allow yourself to receive!

It's shining a light on all the stories you keep telling yourself as to why you can't just go do the god damn thang! You know the ones, all those stories that limit you, that stop you from taking that next step, or any steps for that matter, the ones that stop you in your tracks, keep you procrastinating, keep you stuck in fear, constrain you, those ones, it's time to say "Adios, amigo!".

Be bold. Be brave. Say "Yes". Yes to your next adventure. Yes to growth. Yes to taking one big bold action step towards your dream on this full moon, the Universe is listening!

✨Where have I placed limits on what I believe is possible for me?
✨What belief about myself am I ready to release?

Tomorrow's new moon in Ta**us is here to remind you to embody your body, to become embodied, to place your bare feet upon the earth and ground your energy, to call your soul all the way back in from your head to your nose, from your knees to your toes. To be present. To set your intentions from this space, to plant them in this fertile ground, where roots can grow deep, away from the busy mind.
