AIC currently has one High Physical Support vacancy in a modern, fully accessible home designed for participants with complex behaviours, cognitive decline, or regulated restrictive practices.

This home is suitable for participants requiring:
✔ Low‑stimulus, high‑predictability environment
✔ Dementia support or advanced cognitive impairment care
✔ 1:1 or 2:1 staffing with consistent, skilled workers
✔ Behaviour support, collaboration, and transparent data collection
✔ Safe implementation of authorised restrictive practices
✔ Immediate or short‑notice transition from unsafe or unsuitable settings
