We are incredibly proud of Chloe.

Recently, a client of Altitude Support Services was facing significant and imminent hardship and risk due to serious tenancy issues.

Through Chloe’s advocacy, persistence and care, she was able to successfully support this participant to be placed on the social housing priority list within a few short weeks.

This is a significant achievement and one that reflects the real impact support work can have when it is done with compassion, commitment and professionalism.

Hi, I’m Chloe 👋
I’m 26 and proudly based in the Raymond Terrace area, supporting people across Newcastle, Port Stephens, and Maitland through Altitude Support Services.

I’m a patient, kind, and respectful disability support worker who genuinely loves getting to know each person I support — their personality, their quirks, their goals, and what makes them feel safe and confident.
Seeing people happy, thriving, and becoming more independent is what drives me every day 💙

Hi, my name is Anna 😊

I’m 24 years old and bring a kind, compassionate, and people-centred approach to my work. I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s everyday lives and supporting individuals with dignity, respect, and patience.

I’ve completed professional training in verbal and non-verbal communication through the QLD Police Academy, which has strengthened my situational awareness, de-escalation skills, and ability to communicate effectively. Building trust, safety, and genuine connection is at the heart of everything I do.

Through my lived experience, I’ve developed strong adaptability, empathy, and attentiveness when supporting individuals living with a disability. I focus on fostering independence while creating meaningful, supportive relationships tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active—whether that’s camping, hiking, surfing, swimming, snorkelling, or photography.
