LumaWell Care Group is hiring Support Workers & Assistant in Nursing (AIN) staff across Newcastle, Maitland & the Hunter Region.

🙌 Support Workers & AINs:
Whether you’re an experienced Support Worker or AIN, or someone who genuinely cares and wants to build a career in disability and mental health support, we want to hear from you.
We’re particularly seeking applicants with evening and weekend availability, including:
- Evening shifts across Monday–Sunday
- Weekend availability
- Public holiday flexibility
- Overnight/sleepover availability is highly regarded
What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home and community-based support
- Assist with personal care and daily living
- Support participants to build capacity and work towards their NDIS goals
- Assist with appointments and community participation
- Support mobility, meal preparation and daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing
AINs may also support people with higher care needs and assist with medication within their competency and role requirements.

- Commitment to participant choice, dignity and independence
📋 Essential Requirements:
- Applicants must hold, or where applicable be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid NSW Driver Licence
- Registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Relevant qualifications where required
- AIN applicants require a relevant Certificate III/IV or equivalent qualification.
