Are you suffering from a condition called « connection deficiency »? Or perhaps « holding it all together syndrome » or maybe « I so need safe touch and tenderness » symptoms?

These words might be running somewhere in the back of your mind or perhaps waking you up loudly when you react, attack, defend yourself, or realise that you are exhausted or tensed and missing something in your life.

I am beyond honoured to express sincerely that I have the capacity to hold the whole and all of you are no matters how you feel.

And I am currently training as a therapist and offer practice sessions.

Like many things I have realised and accomplished, I did not think that I would be someone who loves supporting other people through my full presence.

This is a conscious dance journey; intentionally curated, with light facilitation. An invitation for you to connect to Self in full presence.
Expect a slow start, opportunities to slow down and meet your emotional body, as well as drop into sensations / body awareness.

My ecstatic dance « vitamin dance »
allows uncomfortable feelings as well as the meeting of joy for an intention of being healing and transformative. Your journey is unique and whatever you choose to meet is yours.

I want to be honest with it: it’s not just party party with me 😉

This is an event that can allow you to drop the mask of pretending and controlling.

This vitamin dance will have some tracks that you hate and others that you love.

And I will love it all 😁❤️
