💙 A little R&R for our Coopers crew! 💙

Our Coopers SIL team have been working through a pretty stressful period, so it was time to step away from the day-to-day, take a breather, have a few laughs and enjoy some well-deserved downtime together.

We know how much our teams give of themselves, and sometimes the people who spend their days looking after others need a little looking after themselves.

A big thank you to our Coopers team for continuing to show up, support one another and give their best, even when things get tough. You deserve to feel supported and appreciated just as much as the people you care for every day. 💚

Good people, good company and a much-needed reset! ✨

💐 A little reminder that appreciation goes a long way! 💛

A beautiful surprise from one of our amazing Key Workers, and a lovely reminder that the little things really do mean a lot.

We put so much of ourselves into supporting our team, our staff and the people we care for, so it’s always special to feel that appreciation come back our way. 🥰

From our management team, thank you for the thoughtful gesture. It certainly brightened our day! 🌸

Sometimes you just need to pause.

A moment to step away from the emails, the meetings, the problem-solving and the never-ending list of things that need doing.

Today was about catching up, debriefing, having a few laughs and enjoying lunch together. ❤️

Leadership can be busy, but making time to connect with the people beside you is just as important.

Grateful for the conversations, the laughs and the team we continue to build together. 🫶🏼
