A fusion of two incredible modalities that deepen the journey into the felt experience of your body, and energy.
During this collaborative event, Ruby will guide you through a Yin practice and Julie will perform particular Bowen techniques to the area of the body that is being targeted by the Yin shape. This will invite a deeply restorative and profound release to the body’s radical network, nervous system and spirit.

When: Friday 19th May 6pm- 8:30pm
Where: Vitality Junction, 179 Union Street, The Junction
Investment: $70
What to bring: Yoga mat, bolster/pillows, blanket and any other props that make your yoga practice comfortable.

Why does this fusion work so well?
Yin yoga works the fascia and connective tissue of our body through the long holds and encouraging our muscles to relax into the shape. Bowen is a remedial body technique that works the fascia and connective tissue.
