A huge win for our Food of the World crew this week! 🥕🌱

The group have been busy growing their very own carrots, and this week they finally got to harvest them and put them to good use in their latest dish! 👩‍🍳🍽️

There’s something pretty special about enjoying food you’ve grown yourself. From garden to plate, the crew absolutely smashed it! 💙

New rotation means road safety briefing! 🚦

At the beginning of every new program rotation, we take the time to revisit road safety with our participants to help keep everyone safe and confident while out and about in the community.

A few weeks ago, Alisha led our latest road safety session, covering topics such as safely crossing roads, using pedestrian crossings, staying aware of traffic, and making smart choices when travelling in the community.

These regular refreshers are an important part of our programs and help support independence, confidence, and community participation! 🤝🏼
