Body Precision provides quality Anthropometric measurement and somatotype analysis with a focus on precision. We aim to provide the best objective measure possible of our clients’ body composition through consistent and reliable skinfold measurement, bone girth measurement and limb girth. Consultations can be arranged individually or in groups, with each session running from between 20 to 40 minut

Body Precision uses only ISAK accredited equipment including skin fold callipers, tape measures, mass and stature measures and bone breadth callipers to take 17 fully objective and internationally standardised measures of our client’s bodies. Body Precision obtains these measurements from you in a friendly consultation and uses statistical analysis to calculate a variety of objective body measures. These measures are supplied to you in an easy to read report including your somatotype (body composition) analysis, BMI, waist-hip ratio, sum of 6 skinfolds, sum of 8 skinfolds, and predicted body fat percentage. Some client’s choose to have this procedure completed as a one-off use to receive an idea of these aspects of health, while other client’s choose to have the procedure repeated quarterly or even more often, to gain understanding of how any training or nutrition programs are affecting their body.
