One of the most fascinating things about these treatments is that the results don't stop when you leave the treatment room.

At Beauté & BE, we champion elegant, healthy nails over techniques like acrylic that compromise the integrity of the natural nail.

So much so that recently, when a new client came in wanting a full service for gel nails, Natasha turned her away and instead sent her home with a little bottle of solar oil to improve the integrity of her nails, rather than just taking the money-making appointment for the sake of it.

We do this because our approach to beauty and wellbeing is rooted in care. Not quick fixes, not artificial cover-ups, but working from the root up, from the inside out, to guide our clients to holistic health and beauty.

Because true luxury is rarely loud, it is cared for, maintained, and intentional. Très chic!

There’s something really special about being back in the student seat again.
Slowing down. Refining technique. Feeling every movement from both sides of the treatment bed.

Here’s Erina and Natasha practicing the Digi-Esthétique® massage on each other, learning not just how the movements look but how they feel through the muscles, the skin, the nervous system, and the breath.

Because that’s the difference.

A beautiful facial massage isn’t just choreography: It’s intention, pressure, rhythm, understanding and presence.

What you can expect from a Reiki treatment is a tough question to answer simply.

A Reiki treatment rarely begins the moment the hands arrive. It begins the second you walk through our doors: the energy of Reiki drifting through our space is unlike many people have experienced before.

And then your treatment begins.

For some people, the body settles immediately into a meditative state. For others, the mind becomes busy at first…

“Am I doing this right?”
“Should I be feeling something?”
“When does it start working?”

This is more common than you think.

Some clients feel warmth, heaviness, tingling, emotion, and movement through the body.
Others feel almost nothing physically at all.
Neither experience is more “correct” than the other.

Reiki does not need performance.
It does not ask you to force an experience.
You do not need to reach for anything.

Sometimes the deepest shifts happen quietly.
A softer nervous system.
A clearer mind.
A feeling you cannot fully explain… only notice later, when life suddenly feels a little lighter to carry.
