Last Thursday we gathered our Zenthai Therapist mob for our first module.

There is much gratitude to all who make this journey possible. May this year be one of immense growth and greatness for all.

Shout out... Pete McCredie a local musician who I have syncronistically run into around town recently, he is so active and generous in sharing his music, recently encouraged people to make a reel with his new song. And I didn't even make the reel here. It was a beautiful fit.

Pumped to be offering our next Level One Training, to wind up 2025. Would love to see past therapists, students and new comers to learn together. This new level one is a refinement of the old level one, with more opportunities for students to explore and I just love, how everyone grows throughout the 4 days in their ability to offer touch in a centred, connected and heartful way. What a gift to ripple out into the world.

Zenthai Level One is the foundational training for anyone interested in either
- learning a full bodywork sequence
- diving into authentic connection with community
- taking some time to reflect and nourish their self

The feedback from students is always so great, and many who have trained in massage previously love this holistic and enjoyable approach to learning and practicing.

I love this training for how much heart is in it. It feels like a new canvas each time as we create the experience together and feels so special as for many it is rare and also so natural to connect in this way which is balanced with lightness and depth.

A great joy it is to be guiding the journey and supporting each person brave enough to step into the unknown and come out radiating with new friends, new skills and potentially a new outlook on life itself.
