As I launch my new website and complete a rebrand I’m incredibly excited about, I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

𝐈’𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠.

My passion is supporting people on a deeply personal journey of healing, self-discovery and reconnection - gently peeling away the layers of fear, doubt and conditioning to rediscover the beautiful, authentic soul beneath them.

I know what it’s like to wear a mask and fake your way through each day while feeling disconnected from who you truly are. For years, I left my own pain unaddressed.

Eventually, I took the courageous first step inward and began doing the work that allowed me to live more confidently, radiantly and authentically.

That journey now shapes the way I support others.

I believe in you, even when you don’t.

I believe our bodies hold so much more than we consciously realise.

I choose curiosity over judgement, creating space for every part of you to be seen and understood.

And yes, I’ll lovingly call out your bullsh when it’s keeping you stuck - but always from a place of compassion and belief in who you’re capable of becoming.
