A big thanks again to the team at Removals & Logistics for another pleasant and efficient move.

I think this is the third time I’ve used them and they haven’t let me down. On time, easy to communicate with, neat and accommodating.

The next move will be when I retire (for real) in a decade. By then, they’ll have to call me Madam instead of Miss.

And thanks to John at Moor Room Self Storage in Yarraville for an easy and cost effective storage solution between clinics.

Now I just need to locate my small skeleton. Did I find it a new home before the move or did I pack him away somewhere? I’ve got everything else but he’s gone walkabouts. Trust me to misplace the most non essential item.

LONG TIME NO SEE. MOVING DAY IS COMING!

Hi, it’s Lahn again. Just letting you know that I had a nice time in Bali with my youngest kid. We sunned, we pooled, we rode electric go-karts and we Waterbommed. I also got my fix of babi guling (Balinese roast pork) and margaritas.

Now that I’m back in sunny hay fever inducing Melbourne, I am ready to get back to work. The fitout is coming along well and should be finished in time for trading on Monday 22nd June. I look forward to moving everything in this weekend and tying up loose ends over the coming weeks.

How does a water feature relate to our movement practise and self care?

5. Recovery: The Necessary Emptying
The most iconic part of the Tippy Bird is the release. Once it’s full, it pours everything out. If it tried to hold the water forever, it would become heavy and stagnant.

The Practice: This is the ultimate metaphor for stress management. The “Pour” is the exhale and the “Clack” is the reset. If you keep filling up with tension without ever “tipping” to release it, the system eventually breaks down. Recovery isn’t a luxury; it’s a mechanical necessity.

If you haven’t noticed already, there have been a few little changes to the website and socials. Bit by bit, I’ve been slowly taking away and adding in new things. There’s no rush. No schedule I HAVE to keep to except for the one I set for myself. Just like the Recovery, a Reset has been necessary in life and in work to ensure quality, longevity and happiness.

This week, I’ll reveal the new business name, logo and website to those who haven’t worked it out already.

Thank you to everyone who’s been tagging along on this slow journey. I appreciate your patience during this transition to a new version of Aware Health.

How does a water feature relate to our movement practise and self care?

4. Awareness: The Pivot and the Strike
The bamboo pipe is balanced on a single point. It must “know” exactly where it is to hit the stone and return to its home base.

The Practice: This mirrors your nervous system. Alignment ensures that when you move through a range of motion, you land on a solid foundation. Spatial awareness allows you to move through life’s challenges and return to a neutral, safe posture.

So, the final move out of Mason St is done. Into storage for a few weeks. It’s not ideal but the best laid plans don’t always work out and you just have to take a breath and go with the flow.

I’m going to take a few weeks off and take my youngest kid away for a much awaited holiday and soak up some vitamin D. I can still be reached via email (old: [email protected] and new: [email protected]) or DM me on Instagram if you have any queries or need a few tips to get you by while I’m away.

Shout out to these lovely guys from

Thanks for your hard work moving my stuff down those stairs multiple times and for the good tunes. You were efficient, pleasant and easy to deal with. And your Tetris skills neatly placing everything into my storage space was impressive.

This is the second time I’ve used Peter Sadler Removals and am looking forward to the next time in a few weeks when I finally move into the new clinic. 90% of the stuff will stay downstairs, I promise.

Thanks for my coffee and breakfast yoghurt. Thanks Sammy’s Bakehouse for the pie and fruit scroll. Goodbye Mason Street but see you soon Hyde Street.
