Last month we had the pleasure to speak with Ursula from Channel 10 to discuss the role of negative pressure dressings in the post-operative setting. Following my recent opportunity to co-chair the Smith+Nephew ASEAN PICO Summit alongside leading colleagues in the field, it was rewarding to share some of these insights with a wider audience
One of the most important themes to emerge from these conversations is the significance of post-operative care and the critical role it plays in patient outcomes.
While much attention is often placed on the procedure itself, the significance of the post-operative period is equally vital to achieve the best possible results
It’s encouraging to see growing recognition of this and I’m grateful to contribute to these discussions at both a clinical and national level
