IMPORTANT NEWS:
After 20 years plus at 44 West Fyans street its time to move on , i thank my partners in crime Emma and Jude , its been a tough time here the last couple of weeks with the passing of Brent , which crushed as all, since he`s passing it hasn't been the same.
I will miss the team , its been a hoot .

As off the 27th April 2026 Barwon Soft Tissue Therapies will no longer operate from 44 West Fyans Street ,Newtown .

Stuart Hinds will be moving to 36 Shannon Avenue ,Geelong West ( Helix Wellness /Geelong Natural Therapies) Mon-Fri , with Dan Smith which i excited to create some new memories and banter.
This is a temporary move until renovations are completed at Core Health Group in Grovedale industrial estate and availability for Stuart to operate from, eta: unknown at this stage.

This is an incredibly difficult post , my bestie at work for 20 years Brent May has passed away . I first met him at Geelong FC as a budding young Myo , he was incredibly passionate and he’s passion won me over , so when I opened Barwon Soft Tissue Therapies he was first on my list to join me . 20 years on we created a beautiful friendship and the banter we shared in between sessions in the clinic hallways are now treasured memories. He occupied the room across from me , which is now going to be a haunting space of so many beautiful memories of a truly special beautiful person. He was an incredible therapist with such a wonderful moral compass. I will forever treasure my 20 years with him . So unfair , so devastating for his beautiful family and for his incredible partner Cheryl and daughter Tia . Not once did we have an argument or disagreement , to all that knew him will agree he was a gem !Understandably I’m completely shattered by this loss

2019 Singapore workshop on my Hip protocol and Frozen shoulder , we drew clinicians from all over , India, Indonesia, Philippians, Minimya, Hong Kong .

Great to see clinicians heading back yo their clinics and communities and sharing their passion!!

Just an update people we are back to stage 3 as of Friday so we will be back on deck however just some housekeeping, this attending the clinic for treatment will need to log in using our clinic QR code please, and the same protocols are in place as Stage 3.

Also we have had to change platforms gor our landline clinic phone which means porting the numbers across this may take a day or two , so if you can’t get through that’s why . Hoping to be all good by Friday !
