This may not be the most aesthetic post, but this beautiful message from our customer Renee has literally made my day.
Renee reached our Silver Nicety rewards tier recently, which means she could add a surprise gift bag to her order. The goodies she received in her bag are the second pic.
As a small business, we have the hardest working team who pour their heart and soul into their days in the shop, alongside Sarah and me, and to receive such a lovely, thoughtful message feels truly rewarding - to know that our customers can feel what we put into the business, even as online customers who may not be able to have an in store experience.
