After a week of doing and constant stimulation it is vital for healing and health that we rest.

It’s been a wild 2 months, anyone else been going through it?
Its been big!! surgery, illness & injury, old pets & making hard decisions.
We have needed rest, sunshine, nourishment, sleep & more rest.
Finally feeling better and so grateful for our daily practices.
Yoga is our medicine, holding, supporting & meeting us in each moment.
We rebuild, we connect & we get stronger though movement, breath & playfulness we come back home to ourselves appreciating our bodies ability to heal 🪷🫶🏾🪷

After years of facilitating breathwork, studying different modalities, learning from incredible teachers and witnessing the profound impact this work can have, we’ve spent the last few years putting together, refining and fine-tuning a breathwork facilitator training that brings all of this experience together.
We love the peaceful, healing space Boutique Villa in Hiriketiya Yoga, Pilates & Fitness Studio • Hiriketiya have chosen & created, the studio, the plantbased cafe all of it adding to the experience.
🫶🏾 Beyond the knowledge, our intention is to help you embody the work — so that you can learn to confidently hold space, listen deeply, respond intuitively and support people through their own process.
If you feel called to take your own breathwork journey deeper 🤍 and want to learn how to facilitate this work for others, then this is for you.
