What are your thoughts?

I think age is becoming less prescriptive. Health and vitality and inner drive determine what you do now. Funny thing is, life gives you more life and joy when you continue to grow and challenge yourself physically and mentally.

Working on my exciting presentation today on “The Mental Camino” and I wanted to share this starting point to help you create change when you don’t know where to start.

I choose pilgrimage as my annual retreat as this is where reflection, transformation and asking big questions open the door to living better. I am so lucky that I get to refine my life walking in beautiful destinations and support ladies on my retreats to do the same.

I am just back from Spain and full of life’s joys. Back and ready to share the gems!
